The Spanish journal El Pueblo cites Spanish government sources saying that Morocco is going to install a military base close to Sebta.
It will be in a converted former school which will be transformed into a military base with the objective of restricting the entry of clandestine migrants into Sebta.
This base will be manned by not less than 400 members of the auxiliary forces according to El Pueblo.
