Rabat - The administration of Ain Sbaa 1 local penitentiary denied information run by some websites claiming that inmate R.A., who is involved in Al Hoceima events, is staging a hunger strike.
In a statement on Sunday, the prison administration underlined that the said prisoner is taking his regular meals and that no notification was made on this matter.
Such allegations are meant to lead the public opinion astray, it explained, adding that these irresponsible practices are unacceptable.
