As part of the measures to reduce the impact of the coronavirus "Covid-19" on the national economy, the minister signed, on March 26, 2020, a circular encouraging ministerial departments, institutions and public enterprises to take the necessary steps to accelerate these processes, says a statement by the ministry.
The objective, according to the same source, is "to reduce the pressure on their cash flow and enable them to meet their financial obligations".
