Morocco's Marita Group Holding has announced it has signed an agreement with Triton Solar USA to form a partnership to sell, develop and operate a pipeline of Nanotechnology next-generation lithium-ion batteries for the African market, US information website Newswire reports.
Marita Group will provide Engineering, Procurement and Sales, Construction ("EPC") and Operations and Maintenance ("O&M") services to the projects, the source added.
