Rabat - Financial commitments of the French development agency (AFD) reached in 2013 a record 254.3 million euros while disbursements were worth 467 million Euros, according to the Agency's annual report for 2013. Out of the AFD's overall commitments of 7.8 billion euros (up by 8pc compared to 2012), Morocco's share was estimated at 254.3 million euros.
The report notes that a loan of 50 million euros and a subsidy of 500,000 euros went to an investment project meant to promote low-income households' access to housing both in urban and rural areas.
