Rabat - HM King Mohammed VI held, on Tuesday, a phone conversation with H.E. Mahmoud Abbas, Abu Mazen, president of the State of Palestine, said a statement by the royal office.
During this phone call, HM the King enquired about the health of the Palestinian leader following the surgery he had underwent, and wished him prompt recovery.
This phone call was also an occasion for the sovereign, in his capacity as chairman of Al Quds Committee, to reiterate his full commitment and his frank support for the lofty cause and the legitimate rights of the brotherly Palestinian people.
