The Morocco-United Kingdom Strategic Dialogue was launched, on Thursday in London, by the signing of an agreement in the form of an exchange of letters.
It was inked by minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Nasser Bourita, and Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, Boris Johnson.
