Washington - Thomas Kelly, Acting Vice President for Policy and Evaluation at the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), congratulated Morocco for being eligible to develop second compact proposals.

"We congratulate Morocco on being re-selected to continue compact development", Thomas Kelly said in a statement to MAP.
"Over the past year, Morocco has worked hard to improve its performance on MCC's eligibility scorecards", he said, adding that "we expect Morocco to continue its efforts to maintain this performance."
On Wednesday, the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Board of Directors confirmed the eligibility of Morocco for a second Compact.
The success of the first MCA-Morocco enabled to explore new horizons for cooperation between the USA and Morocco.
