Maroclear, Egypt's Central Securities Depository Ink Partnership Agreement

Rabat - Egypt's Central Securities Depository (MCDR) and Maroclear, Morocco's central securities depository, have recently signed, a memorandum of understanding to establish a strategic partnership.

Under this agreement, the two sides will exchange experiences, organize joint training sessions, support regional and inter-regional development, share the latest trends concerning information system and collaborate on an ongoing basis on different common projects, Maroclear said in a statement.

This agreement also outlines the conditions and terms of collaboration on future projects, concerning Moroccan and Egyptian financial centers.

The two central depositories also expressed their willingness to mutually cooperate in order to boost the economic relations between Morocco and Egypt, the statement concluded.
