Marrakech - Morocco won the 4th edition of the International Handi-Basket Tournament (Wheelchair Basketball), held from June 24 to July 1 in Marrakech.
Morocco beat Germany in the final game with a score of 63 against 47, while the French team won the classification match against Oman by 62 against 30.
Organized by the Royal Moroccan Federation of Sports for Disabled Persons in partnership with the ministry of Youth and Sports and the ministry of Family, Solidarity, Equality and Social Development under the aegis of the International Wheelchair Basketball Federation (IWBF), the 4th International Handi-Basket Tournament brought together teams from France, Germany, Oman and Morocco.
This sporting event is part of the Moroccan team's preparation for the World Championship, scheduled from August 15 to 27 in Hamburg, Germany.
