Rabat - The investigating judge of the Marrakech court of first instance decided on Monday to prosecute, on bail, the Moroccan singer (D.B) and her sister (I.B) in a case of alleged blackmail, according to a well-informed source.
The suspects are prosecuted for "participation in fraudulent access to the computer data processing system and dissemination of images and statements of others without their consent, with the aim of harming or defaming", added the same source.
The investigating judge also decided that D.B. and her sister should post a security bond of 400,000 dirhams.
