Brussels - The third round of negotiations for the conclusion of a complete and comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between Morocco and the European Union will be held on January 20-24 in Rabat, sources close to the European Commissioner for Trade Karel De Gucht said on Wednesday.

Morocco and the EU started negotiations over a complete and comprehensive free trade agreement on April 22 in Rabat. This accord is meant to facilitate the gradual integration of the Moroccan economy in the domestic market of the EU.
A second round of negotiations was held on June 24-27 in Brussels during which the Moroccan and European experts agreed to discuss during the next round services and sectors that have were not tackled up till now.
