The initialing of the Morocco-EU Fisheries Agreement is a political breakthrough and a bitter failure for the enemies of territorial integrity and their maneuvers aimed at disturbing the partnership between the two parties, said, Thursday in Rabat, minister delegate for relations with the parliament and civil society, goverenment spokersperson Mustapha El Khalfi.
