Rome - A headquarters agreement to open a country office in Morocco by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) was inked on Friday in Rome.
The agreement was signed by IFAD president Kanayo Félix Nwanze and Morocco's ambassador in Rome Hassan Abouyoub during a ceremony at the headquarters of the UN body.
