Rabat - The Morocco-Russia friendship association condemned the two deadly blasts that rocks the Russian southern city of Volgograd, killing more than 30 people.

In a message to the Russian presidency, the association president Abdellatif El Bahraoui, offered condolences, and expressed faith in the Russian people's capacity to overcome the situation.
