The Moroccan delegation, led by public prosecutor at the Court of Cassation Mostafa Maddah, held a meeting with the Spanish state's prosecutor Eduardo Torres-Dulce on ways to promote cooperation and share experiences related to laws and jurisprudence.

On this occasion, Maddah gave a presentation of the large-scale reforms undertaken by Morocco in the different areas particularly in relation with the judiciary.
