Bogota - Morocco became an observer member of the Pacific Alliance, a regional grouping that brings together Colombia, Peru, Chile and Mexico.

This observer status was given to Morocco during the eighth summit of the Alliance held on Monday in the Colombian city of Cartagena, on the Caribbean sea.
