Niger Could Rely on Morocco as Partner, Nigerien Official

Niger could rely on Morocco as its partner, said 1st vice-president, interim president of the economic, social and cultural council (CESOC) of Niger El Haj Akoli Daouel, during his meeting on Tuesday with speaker of the house of representatives Habib El Malki.
