Madrid - The trial of Daniel Galvan Fina, charged with sexual abuse on a minor, and which was scheduled on Thursday at the Alicante court (south east Spain), was postponed, Spanish legal sources announced.

The decision was taken by the judge in charge on the case due to the victim's escape from a center for minors, sources from the higher justice court of Valencia said on Wednesday, adding that the judge was compelled to postponing the trial.
The trial's date will be set once the police find the victim, they added.
Daniel Galvan, sentenced to 30 years in prison in Morocco and from which the pardon was withdrawn, is sued following two complaints, one recently lodged for sexual abuse on a minor years ago in Torrevieja, Alicante.
Another complaint was filed by the father of a different minor at the "Guardarmar del Segura" police station, accusing Galvan, back in 2004, of attempt of sexual abuse on his daughter aged 5 back then.
