Salé - A terror suspect was held in detention in the Salé prison Thursday upon an order of the investigating judge in charge of terrorism affairs at the Court of Appeal of Salé following their preliminary interrogation, judicial sources said.
The defendant is sued for "forming a criminal gang to prepare and commit terrorist attacks and apology for terrorism".
The National Brigade of Judicial Police (BNPJ) had previously referred Thursday the defendant before the public prosecutor at the Court of Appeal in Rabat.
