The African Union (AU) Summit, held recently in Nouakchott, has enshrined the primacy of the UN process and the exclusive competence of the United Nations in the management of the conflict over the Moroccan Sahara, minister delegate for relations with parliament and civil society, government spokesperson Mustapha El Khalfi, said Thursday in Rabat.
