Three members of terrorist cell before public prosecutor at Rabat appeal court

Rabat - Three members of a terrorist cell who were active in the cities of Laroui, Melilla and Malaga, led by an extremist Spanish national, were brought Wednesday before the public prosecutor at the Rabat appeal court.

 

The accused are sued for forming a criminal gang to prepare and commit terrorist attacks, membership in a banned religious group and holding unauthorized public meetings, a legal source said.

 

The three people will also appear before the examining judge in charge of terrorism affairs at the annexed Salé appeal court for a preliminary hearing, it said.
