"The probable date for the adoption of the constitution on a first reading is sometime between the end of June and early July; The draft constitution should be ready for adoption by late April,"  Mr Ben Jaafar said. elections  might be delayed if the constitution has to be voted on by referendum, he added. In an separate  incident this morning,  reported by the media a young cigarette seller from the economically depressed Jendouba area set im himself  alight in front of the central theatre on Habib Bourgiba  Avenue citing unemployment before he used a  cigarette lighter to set himself alight. He was taken to hospital with 90 per cent burns to his body. The immolation of Mohamed Bouazzazi at Sidi Bouzid set off the revolution which ousted  the
former president Ben Ali.
