Rabat - The competent Moroccan authorities gave, on Tuesday, the Spanish counterparts documents related the case of Daniel Galvan Fina, within the legal deadline, the ministry of Justice announced.
The documents include a request by the public prosecutor at the Kénitra appeal court to extradite the accused to Morocco, let him serve his sentence in the Spanish prisons or make him stand trial again on the charges brought against him, the ministry said in a statement.
